2/23/2012 Seller contacted us said bank wanted hardship letter I show nothing needed.
2/27/2012 Called negotiator left message for update.
3/7/2012 Called Negotiator left message for update going on 2 weeks so this will be a everyday call again.
3/7/2012 Fax came in Says: The MI company is reviewing the short sale for their approval. Once we have that, I can then work to submit the file for investor approval. Once I have updated status from the MI co, I will call you. I do not have a timeline to give you.
3/14/2012 Called left messgae for update I will expect a fax response soon.
3/20/2012 Got a HUD change request. Called to see if we have MI approval.
3/27/2012 1st offer buyers walked we are getting all HUD's changed for 2nd offer called back to see if the file would be easy to switch since we do not have approval as of YET
3/28/2012 submitted newest offer.
4/20/2012 File was accepted and then it got cancelled sent over new offer to be signed.
4/24/2012 Sent over offer to be signed again. Not back yet.
5/2/2012 Called the bank got the new offer and the new REPC left message for bank.
5/9/2012 Our negotiator was assinged on May 7th They have the offer as of the 25th of April and we should be receiving a call or email our quility control agent is talking to him to get him moving on the file.
5/14/2012 talked to the bank they need 2011 taxes, 30 days bankstatements, paystubs.
5/24/2012 Got all items from the Seller sent to Negotiator via Fax.
5/30/2012 Called left message for them to call back on status
