6/10/2010 No negotiator bank has inputed the offer into the system send email to short sale management to get negotiator assigned.
6/10/2010 Chase called we have a negotiator assigned to file they asked we give him 2 weeks to review I will call next week for an update.
6/15/2010 BPO has been ordered went through on Saturday the 12th not updated into the system as of yet I called and left a message for negotiator to contact me about the file.
6/23/2010 Called the negotiator the phone can not accept any more messages sent and eamail to him. Called the Bank they sent an email to to negotiator.
6/30/2010 Called the bank no new notes into system left a message for negotiator on his phone and sent him another email.
7/6/2010 Called the negotiator called the bank no new notes in the system got the suprivisor information left email with attatchments of all the emails to negotiator.
7/14/2010 Sent ANOTHER email to the negotiator and Suprivisor Each day I will send email till I get a response from them. No new notes into system.
7/28/2010 Called the bank no new notes Called Suprivisor and emailed him Filed an offical complaint with the suprivisor about our negotiator and lack of information and updates.
8/4/2010 Got a bank approved Price at $270K will take any offers and resubmit.
