5/18/2010 Got the bank information today sent in authorization still need a few short sale items from the Seller.
 
6/10/2010 Sent in offer to bank they have and are reviewing still in contact with the city about the issues in backyard.
 
7/1/2010 Talked to the bank they had sent me a list of missing items I sent them back today. 
 
7/7/2010 Emailed the negotiator they are submitting the file for final approval. Bank asked for a higher offer. Left message for seller to update me on Provo City Update.
 
7/28/2010 Should hear from Provo in a week or so Bank is still in review we should hear something from them anyday now.
 
8/4/2010 We have our final negotiator bank sent them a email requesting they call me we do not have any new notes they would not give me the email or phone number.  I did get his name and I guessed on what his email would be based on past emails from a different negotiator Email has not yet come back.
 
8/10/2010 No new Notes on the file negotiator has been emailed as well as the suprivisor I will be calling everyday till I get a response.
 
8/12/2010 On August 10th they sent in a request To Fannie to check on Approval response time should be 5 days Foreclosure is set for Sept 7th We can put in a request for postponement on Sept 1st if we dont get acceptance before then.
 
8/25/2010 Got the acceptance from the 1st mortgage we are still waiting for acceptance on 2nd
 
9/16/2010 1st mortgage said fanny mae will not extend if we don't close by 20th. However they did agree to a promisary note. 2nd mortg has all required docs. Escalated file to get a negotiator within 3 business days.
 
9/20/2010 A Negotiator was assigned for the 2nd mortgage Started working the file on the 25th she will be calling me with any new information. 1st mortgage has new short sale packet.
 
11/8/2010 1st mortgage is reviewing offer vs BPO
 
11/29/2010 1st Mortgage put in a request for post ponement for 30 days file is in final review.
2nd mortgage is waiting for 1st mortgage approval
 
12/3/2010 Foreclosure Postponed
 
12/14/2010 Called 1st mortgage and the file is in final review with the investor 2nd mortgage is working on getting the approval. Told me to check back in a couple of days.
 
1/10/2011 sent email to first negotiator sent her a report from engeneer about the foundation left message for second negotiator.
