10/25/2010 Called and spoke with negotiator she has opened the file she has ordered a BPO looking for the Hardship, Financials, and Pre approval letter from buyers I sent them again deadline for BPO to be completed is 11/04/2010
11/01/2010 No new notes into system waiting for the BPO to be completed BPO has gone into home but not uploaded into Wells Fargo System.
11/5/2010 BPO not in system yet this is now past due they emailed the agent who accepted the task to make sure they complete it. Calling again 11/8/2010
11/8/2010 Fees and cost of the attorney's are in the system BPO has not been uploaded.
11/12/2010 Still waiting for BPO negotiator sent agent email requesting BPO to be uploaded still working toward acceptance Almost ready to go to final Investor.
11/15/2010 BPO not back into system They did get ahold of Appraiser/BPO Agent and told them to they had to upload into system.
11/18/2010 Outer BPO finally back into system the FHA lender requested an Interior BPO seperate scheduled that for 11/18/2010 in the Morning Today
11/29/2010 File is in line for an acceptance
