9/27/2010 No new documents are needed no foreclosure date set yet. A Interior BPO has been ordered for the home on 9/26th
10/8/2010 BPO is back into system they are now scheduled to review the offer.
10/15/2010 Waiting for the underwriter's final approval on the offer Calling again on Monday 10/18
10/19/2010 We have an acceptance. UNDER CONTRACT
11/15/2010 Sale Failed Pre approved Price $200K Aurora bank will look at any offer and approve if it is at bank approved price can close quick.
11/29/2010 Have new offer submitted to bank starting over =(
12/06/2010 Sent Email to past negotiator he still has file open sent him the HUD 1 with the buyers name change offer stays the same.
12/9/2010 Talked to bank they said we should have received approval sent out on 12/9 If not received by Wed calling again.
2/2/2011 Submitted new offer on Property.
2/7/2011 had to send in authorization again.
2/9/2011 Foreclosure date is 2/28 we will call to get postponed.
2/22/2011 Short sale still in review foreclosure date is 2/28/2011 requested postponement for foreclosure. All items needed have been received Waiting for postponement till they continue.
2/25/2011 Foreclosure has been postponed till April 11th
3/2/2011 No new notes on the system We do have a negotiator Deborah assigned 2/18 asked bank if they would email her she will review 3/18/2011
3/08/2011 File in Review nothing is requested. looking at the file on the 18th.
3/28/2011 Ordered new value on the home she ordered it on 3/22/2011
5/2/2011 Foreclosure has been postponed no new date. 1 offer in Bank reviewing
5/4/2011 Emailed negotiator should have response by Monday
