See Any Home in 15 minutes and the See it Now Hotline. Terms and Conditions.

1.  Restrictions may apply as far as the time of the day, the day of the week or year, natural disasters, acts of God, traffic, and the availability of the property.

2.  See it Now Hotline and viewing homes applies to when a client calls the hotline and requests to see the home.  The time starts at the end of the phone call.  This doesnt apply to web requests.  Although we may be able to fulfill viewing homes within 15 minutes on the web, the 15 minute response needs to be accessed via the See it Now Hotline by calling 801-966-4000.

3. See it Now Hotline is only available in certain areas but will be expanding.  Be sure to check the available areas list.  In other areas, you can make appointments and generally see them within 30 minutes to hour.

4. The availability of the home that the client wants to see may be limited to 24 hour access or not at all.  Many homes are currently under contract where no showings are permissible.  Also, many homes may be short sales or have renters where an appointment must be made 24 hours in advance.   In these cases the homes may not be shown. However, when calling the See it Now Hotline, we will look for other homes that may be like the one you are interested in and be able to set those up for showings.  There may be a difficult time accessing the owners or agents of the home you actually want to see and we will continue to do so and also find some other properties near by that may be of interest to you until the other agent or owners are contacted.

5.  All of our in house listings in our coverage areas will be covered under the See it Now in 15 minutes hotline.  

6.  If you are a nosy neighbor this doesn't apply.  Please respect seller's daily routines as they strive to hurry and clean their home and it is possible that if you are just curious as to what their home looks like you may be putting them out and inducing stress on their day hoping you are an interested buyer but yet you are truly a nosy neighbor or curious onlooker.  We appreciate you and thank you in advance for not calling or looking at your neighbors homes or homes in an area because you are bored.  We thank you for being prequalified and able and willing to purchase a home.  Thank you for respecting other people's daily routines as you would want them to respect yours.

7. Guarantee applies to those who are prequalified.  The See it Now Hotline is for Utah Dave® Clients that are prequalified.  Clients must be prequalified with a loan ready to go.  The clients also must not have a house that needs to be sold but is not under contract and pending.   Clients who have a home on the market need to read our recommendations on how to make the most money on their home.
