 COURIER POSITION: FILLED

An ideal candidate for the Courier posision will be energetic, reliable, and positive. Someone who proactively gets things done. Should be self motivated,  ready for independence, and willing to take on the challenge of creating positive experiences. Our courier is a very visible member of the team and must demonstrate committment to our core values. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Organizing and delivering items such as flyers, postcards, paperwork, and documents.
  • Take photos of houses for property tours
  • Ordering and picking-up other office supplies and assessing needs.
  • Direct communication with clients when delivering (must be positive and service minded).
  • Posting and removing signs and flyer boxes from properties (some heavy lifting required).
  • Managing Fleet of UtahDave® Vehicles.
    Proactively assist UtahDave® team members with miscellaneous tasks.
    Addtional administrative support (Computer and phone skills needed).
     
  • Applicant Must Have a Good Driving Record. (Company Car provided)
FULL TIME at 10380 S Redwood Rd South Jordan
Pay: $8 - $10/hr based on experience, ambition, and growth.
Vacation Time: 3 weeks paid vacation in addition to 5 paid holidays

SUCCESS FACILITATOR  or SALES FACILITATOR - Filled

On our team we have agents that are awesome sales people.  Agents that are handling 10 clients at a time which they are showing homes to on a regular basis. We also have Listing agents that have 50 listings in inventory at a time.  We are seeking someone who would be a Sales Facilitator or a Success Facilitator.  Their role would enable the team's success by keeping the flow of communication with the clients and also helping 8 agents fulfill their duties on a daily basis.  Below are some of the functions  for this role.

  • 1. Team member that loves to assist other agents and their clients.
  • 2. Team member that loves to help others be more productive and successful
  • 3. Shows homes to buyer agent's clients when agents are double booked or out of reach.
  • 4. Follow up with Listing agent's clients on weekly basis to ensure Sellers receive communication.
  • 5. Anxiously engaged in proactivity daily.  Daily compiles list of phone calls for each of 8 agents to call, ensures leads are followed up and notes entered into database. 
  • 6. May be needed to communicate counters or inspection items on addendums.
  • 7. Also may be needed to draw up offers while agent is out showing homes or counter offers.
  • 8. Main duty is to work with existing clients facilitating success for the agents and the team.
  • 9. Pay would be based on per transaction with a starting salary.  Currently in the dead slow of the market we have 25 homes under contract.  We are expecting to have our team of 8 to have almost 40 homes under contract at a time soon.
